Pete's M Lawn & Garden has been looking after Molendinar's outdoor spaces since June 2020. Here's a bit about how it all came together and what we're actually about.

Pete's M Lawn & Garden started in June 2020 with a simple enough idea: offer Molendinar and surrounding properties a lawn and garden service that actually shows up, does the work and doesn't disappear after the first visit.
What began as a local lawn mowing operation has grown into a full outdoor maintenance service covering everything from pressure cleaning and landscaping through to licensed weed control, tree lopping, hedge trimming and complete property maintenance.
We're a local business in the most straightforward sense. We live and work in this area, we know the properties, and we've built our reputation visit by visit. The clients who found us in 2020 are still with us — and that's the thing we're most proud of.
Good Work Speaks for Itself
We don't have a big marketing machine or a fleet of vans with our name on the side. What we have is a track record of turning up and doing the job to a standard we'd be happy with on our own property.
That means cutting at the right height rather than just getting it short. Pressure cleaning surfaces until they're actually clean rather than just wet. It's the difference between a job that looks good for a week and one that looks good for the season.
Word of mouth has been our biggest source of new clients since day one, and we'd like to keep it that way. Every job is an opportunity to add another property to the list of places we're proud to have worked on.
